Car Rental at Bratislava Airport

If you are arriving at Bratislava Airport (BTS), you can arrange convenient collection of your rental car directly at the airport.

When booking, please provide your flight number and expected arrival time so that we can prepare the vehicle and organise the handover.

How does car rental at Bratislava Airport work?

1. Make a reservation

Choose a vehicle from our fleet and submit a reservation request.

Please include your flight details, especially:

• expected arrival time,
• contact phone number.

Submitting the reservation form does not mean that the reservation is automatically confirmed. We will send you confirmation by email.

2. Vehicle preparation

Before your arrival, send us the information required to prepare the rental agreement.

For a private rental, you need:

• a valid ID card or passport,
• a valid driving licence held for at least 2 years,
• a debit or credit card.

The minimum driver age is 23 years.

For a company rental, a valid extract from the Commercial Register is also required. The rental agreement must be signed by the company's managing director or an authorised representative.

3. Vehicle handover at Bratislava Airport

The vehicle can be handed over at Bratislava Airport at the agreed time.

If you provide your flight number, we can take your actual arrival time into account and coordinate the handover accordingly.

The rental agreement is completed and the vehicle is handed over according to the agreed procedure.

Payment and refundable deposit

Rental can be paid by debit or credit card. Cash payment is possible by prior arrangement.

A refundable deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.

The amount depends on the vehicle category. The damage excess is 10% of the damage amount, with the minimum excess depending on the vehicle category and starting from €500.

Standard AUTO-RENTAL opening hours:

Weekdays: 8:00 – 18:00
Weekends: 9:00 – 18:00

Vehicle handover outside standard opening hours is possible by prior arrangement.

Returning your rental car at Bratislava Airport

When returning the vehicle at Bratislava Airport (BTS), please use the designated car rental parking lot. On arrival at the airport, turn left before the roundabout.

You can park the vehicle in the designated car rental parking lot free of charge. If you use another parking lot, Bratislava Airport may charge a parking fee.
