2. Vehicle preparation

Before arrival, send us the information needed to prepare your rental agreement.

Private customers need:

a valid ID card or passport,
a valid driving licence held for at least 2 years,
a debit or credit card.

The minimum driver age is 21 years.

Company rentals also require a valid extract from the Commercial Register. The agreement must be signed by the company's managing director or an authorised representative.

3. Handover at Bratislava Airport

We will hand over your vehicle at Bratislava Airport at the agreed time after completing the rental agreement.

Your flight number lets us take the actual arrival time into account.

Payment and refundable deposit

You can pay by debit or credit card. Cash payment is possible by prior arrangement.

A refundable deposit is required at collection.

The amount depends on the vehicle category. The damage excess is 10% of the damage amount; the minimum excess depends on the vehicle category and starts at €500.
